Course Overview
Fundamental Carbine Level 1 is a 1 day course for beginning carbine shooters.

Students will receive instruction and practical application of:

Weapons safety,
Fundamentals of marksmanship,
Shooting positions,
Loading and unloading,
Malfunction clearance.
And more.

Lunch will be provided on site.
*6 student minimum. If the minimum is not met tuition will be fully refunded.

Minimum Skill Course Requirements:
None. It is recommended that shooters have a working knowledge and familiarity of the weapon they intend to use.

Gear List:
Mandatory

Semiautomatic carbine/rifle.
- 3 magazine with minimum 1 belt mag pouch/carriers.
- 300 rounds practice ammo (minimum).
Eye and ear protection.
Billed, baseball style hat.
Suitable clothing for mostly outdoor training.
- Hat, long sleeve shirt and pants.
Notetaking Gear (pencil, paper, & clipboard)
Snacks and beverages.

Recommended:

Personal semiautomatic pistol.
- Strong side holster and sturdy belt (belt or inside waistband - NO cross draw).
- 2 magazine with belt mag pouch/carriers.
- 100 rounds practice ammo.
Extra ammunition.
Sun screen and bug repellent.
