Seated Sled Rope Pull
- Exercise/task name: Seated Rope Pull (sled)
- Exercise description: Start the Seated Sled Pull sitting on the ground at a 90 degree angle across the field from the sled. Then grab the fully extended rope and pull the sled had over hand to you while staying seated in place.
- Technique that must be performed to count: Must remain seated in place on the ground.
- How to fail the technique: Rope must be fully extended when starting. Must remain seated until the sled touches your feet.

- Casual division modifier: 1 sled pull with 45 lbs
- Exercise equipment needed: 1 sled and 1 1.5-inch-thick rope.
