Seated Sled Rope Pull

  • Exercise/task name: Seated Rope Pull (sled)  
  • Exercise description: Start the Seated Sled Pull sitting on the ground at a 90 degree angle across the field from the sled. Then grab the fully extended rope and pull the sled had over hand to you while staying seated in place.
  • Technique that must be performed to count: Must remain seated in place on the ground.
  • How to fail the technique:  Rope must be fully extended when starting. Must remain seated until the sled touches your feet.        
  • # of repetitions before shooting: 1 sled pull with 90 lbs   
    • Casual division modifier: 1 sled pull with 45 lbs   
  • Exercise equipment needed:  1 sled and 1 1.5-inch-thick rope.
  • Weapon best paired with: Pistol or carbine, kneeling, unsupported. 
  • Recommended stage par time: 3-5
