1 Arm Farmer's Carry
- Exercise/task name: 1 Arm or Single Arm Farmer's Carry
- Exercise description: Stand tall: Position your feet hip-width apart and hold the weight at your side.
- Brace your core: Pull your ribs down and engage your glutes to maintain a tight core.
- Walk: Walk in a straight line, keeping your torso upright and stable. Avoid leaning towards or away from the weight.
- Do Not Switch Hands for the duration of the rep.
- Control your steps: Take smooth, controlled steps to avoid overstriding or rushing the carry.
- Technique that must be performed to count: Must use the same arm/hand to carry the water jug for the entire rep duration. You may switch arm/hand for the following rep.
- How to fail the technique: If you drop the water jug, you must perform 5 burpees before continuing the rep. Can not switch hands during the rep.
- # of repetitions before shooting: 1 50 yard carry.
- Casual division modifier: 1 25 yard carry.
- Exercise equipment needed: 1 filled 5 gallon jug.
- Weapon best paired with: 1 handed pistol, standing, unsupported. *Pistol must be shot from the same hand as the farmer's carry.
