Course Overview
Carbine Development is a 1 day course for all levels of carbine shooters. LEP1 focuses heavily on the Fundamentals of Marksmanship and problem-solving, to achieve consistently accurate shot placement and to keep the gun operating.
Students will receive instruction and practical application of: Weapon Safety, Fundamentals of carbine marksmanship, Reloading, Malfunction clearance, gear placement, weapon transitions and proper use of cover.
Class will culminate with the MTC Carbine Standard. 122/175 required to pass.
Minimum skill level requirement: None. Shooters must have a working knowledge and familiarity of the weapon they intend to use.

• 100 rounds minimum pistol
• Container for water
