Review Rule Book
2026 Scoreboard
Operator Syndicate Series (OSS) is a monthly all day fast-paced full spectrum scored competition designed for Special Operation Forces of military / law enforcement as well as civilian tactical athletes to equally test strength, endurance, marksmanship, and mental fortitude, on a continuous basis.

This is not a team effort. You will be battling against everyone, including your own self-doubts.

The concept of operations: 1) Run.  2) WOD with guns. 3) Ruck. 4) BBQ.
Every OSS competition will begin with a timed run (0.5 - 1.5 mile).

Competitors will be divided into squads. A squad leaders will be assigned only to manage the flow.

Every station will have a prescribed exercise/task & shooting drill (steel targets only).
  • 20-25 Noncomplex, very simple exercise stations with simple shooting drills.
  • Most stations will be scored as AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) within a time limit.
  • Very little down time. During your "rest period", you will score, time keep and be safety officials for each other.

This WOD style challenge will be strictly focused on athleticism and shooting fundamentals while fatigued. Do not expect themed scenarios, tactically designed stages, or IDPA style set-ups.

At the end of every OSS challenge, competitors will go for a timed ruck (60-120 minutes) for score.
  • Those who don't want to ruck, will take a zero for that high value station and will be forced to help tear down the ranges.

Scoring and Ranking: See the rule book for complete details.
  • OSS uses the standard PractiScore 100-point percentage based ranking system for individual stations and overall event score.
  • Your best 3 out of 4 OSS challenges will be used to determine your season ranking.
  • Top athletes from each division and class will qualify for the season finale.

Who: The OSS is designed for military special operations and law enforcement SRT/SWAT, but any shooting enthusiast who is goal orientated on self-improvement is welcomed.
