What is the Wolverine Winter Skirmish?
The Wolverine Winter Skirmish follows the same Rules of Engagement as the Wolverine 5K.
The only difference is that the orienteering portion involves finding as many Check Points as possible within an allotted time, rather than navigating a designed patrol route. At the start point, you will receive the entire list of approximately 20-30 grid locations to search for within the time limit. Points will be rewarded for each Check Point found, which is added to the live fire stage totals.
Snow shoes, skies, poles, and gear sleds are authorized equipment.
