Course Overview:
Concealed Carry Combatives is a modern combatives course designed for the realities of
violent encounters, where the goal isn’t just to fight and win — it’s to fight to survive while armed.
This course seamlessly blends the craft of street boxing, clinch fighting, and tactical movement
with the critical skills of concealed carry. You’ll learn how to manage distance, strike with
purpose, and navigate chaotic situations, all while maintaining control of your firearm. Whether
you find yourself in a crowded environment, involved in a verbal confrontation, or already
engaged in a clinch, you will develop the skills to strike first, stay on your feet, and draw your
weapon when the time is right.
Day 1 builds the foundation for surviving violent close-quarters encounters before a firearm can
be drawn. The training begins with understanding how to control distance, absorb pressure, and
remain upright under attack. You’ll learn the fundamentals of street-adapted boxing, then
progress into clinch mechanics — including control positions, dirty boxing, and striking from
entanglement. The SIRT pistol is introduced for safely integrating weapon access under
pressure, practicing drawing and retaining your firearm in the clinch.
Day 2 transitions to live-fire application of the combative concepts developed on Day 1. You'll
train at 0–6 feet, the most dangerous and commonly overlooked range in gunfighting.
Techniques include shooting from retention, one-handed firing, and managing entangled
movement while accessing your weapon. You'll also explore non-traditional shooting positions
(seated, kneeling, supine) to reflect real-world situations where ideal posture isn't possible.
Note: This is not a marksmanship class. It’s a fight-focused, live-fire course for those serious
about surviving extreme close encounters. No prior experience required — just the will to train
hard.
