The Pistol Clinic Series is a 4 part series of 1/2 day clinics, each with a different focus point of defensive shooting. Each clinic will have instruction and coaching on the focus point, and then multiple drills and exercises to apply them to.
Time: 12 noon to 4pm

Pistol Clinic Series
The Pistol Clinic Series is a 4 part series of 3 hour clinics, each with a different focus point of defensive shooting. Each clinic will have instruction and coaching on the focus point, and then multiple drills and exercises to apply them to.
Training time: 12noon to 4pm
1) Basics
The Basics clinic will focus on the fundamentals of marksmanship with special attention on the draw and presentation of the pistol and delivering a accurate shot.
Prerequisite: working knowledge of firearm
2) Problem Solving
This clinic will focus on reloading and malfunction clearance. Building proper mechanics through repetition as well as developing mental recognition of the problem and deliver the appropriate immediate response.
Prerequisite: working knowledge of firearm
3) Dynamics
Dynamics will focus on movement. Safely moving from cover to cover, shooting while closing and while moving laterally and diagonally.
Prerequisite: HG1 or Clinics 1 and 2 or a strong foundation in pistol shooting.
4)Multiples
In this clinic we will focus on transitioning between multiple targets and target identification and discrimination.
Prerequisite: HG1 or Clinics 1,2 and 3 or a strong foundation in pistol shooting.

Gear List:
Mandatory
- Personal semiautomatic pistol.
- Strong side holster and sturdy belt (belt or inside waistband - NO cross draw).
- 2 magazine with belt mag pouch/carriers.
- 200 rounds practice ammo.
- Eye and ear protection.
- Billed, baseball style hat.
- Suitable clothing for mostly outdoor training.
- Hat, long sleeve shirt and pants.
- Note taking Gear (pencil, paper, & clipboard)
- Snacks and beverages.
Recommended:
- Extra ammunition.
- Sun screen and bug repellent.
- Cover garment (concealed carry).
