Overview
In this 1 day course, students will begin with properly setting up their night vision equipment. Students will move with and manipulate firearms in darkness while completing simple and complex shooting scenarios while under Night Vision. This course will involve walking, light running stairs and ladder climbing.
Subjects covered:
Minimum skill level requirement: Advanced Carbine (C2) NO EXCEPTIONS. While this is a beginner lever Night Vision class, Solid shooting skills is expected. Shooters must have a working knowledge and familiarity of the weapon they intend to use.

- Night vision set up and personalization.
- IR laser zeroing types and procedures.
- Passive aiming.
- Night vision to white light transitions.
- Firearms and laser safety.
- Use of cover.

- Semiautomatic AR/AK style Carbine/Rifle with sling
- NV capable passive optic and/or IR laser aiming device
- Carbine mounted white light
- 3 magazines for primary and secondary
- Semiautomatic pistol with belt mounted holster and magazine carriers (white light & night sights/RDS recommended)
- Night vision device (if not renting)
- Helmet or head harness with NV mount (if not renting)
- Chest or belt mounted magazine pouches/carriers
- Clothing suitable for outdoor training
- Note taking gear
