Course Overview
2 Man Room Clearing serves as a prep course for the CQB course. Students will learn effective ways to work as a team to clear enclosed spaces of varying size and shape. Shoot house live fire will be conducted.
Minimum skill level requirement: Fundamental Carbine (C1), No Exceptions. Shooters must have a working knowledge and familiarity of the weapon they intend to use. Fundamental Handgun recommended but not required.

- Shooting while moving.
- 2 Man entries.
- Types of rooms.
- Door procedures, inward and outward.
- Initiative based tactics.

Mandatory:
- Eye and ear protection.
- Billed, baseball style hat.
- Semiautomatic AR style Carbine with sling. (Muzzle brakes discouraged).
- 3 magazines.
- Chest or belt mounted magazine pouches/carriers.
- Semiautomatic pistol with belt mounted holster and magazine carriers.
- Clothing suitable for outdoor training.
- Note taking gear.
- 500 rounds minimum for Carbine.
- 100 rounds for pistol.
- Water.
- Extra ammunition.
- Sun screen and bug repellent.
- Mounted IFAK.
