Advanced Carbine (C2) is a 1 day course for intermediate carbine shooters.
Minimum Skill Course Requirements:
Fundamental Carbine (C1) or formal training equivalent. Equivalent training is at the discretion of the Director of Training, do not sign up without first contacting training@marksmanshiptrainingcenter for approval. Shooters must have a working knowledge and familiarity of the weapon they intend to use.
Students will receive instruction and practical application of:
· Weapons safety.
· Fundamentals of marksmanship,
· Shooting positions,
· Incapacitation theory and delivery,
· Malfunction clearance,
· Shooting while moving,
· Multiple target engagements,
· Use of cover
· And more.
Lunch will be provided on site.
*6 student minimum. If the minimum is not met tuition will be fully refunded.

- Note taking Gear (pencil, paper, & clipboard)
- Snacks and beverages.
- Personal semiautomatic pistol with:
- Strong side holster and sturdy belt.
- 2 magazines with belt mag pouch/carriers.
- 100 rounds pistol ammo.
- Individual belt mounted medical kit
- Extra ammunition.
- Sun screen and bug repellent.
